The Mispricing of Flood Insurance: A Look at Portland, Oregon
The City of Portland, Oregon piloted an innovative flood insurance affordability program in 2017 and 2018 that included one-on-one consultations between flood insurance policyholders and an insurance agent who was an expert on flood insurance. This issue brief covers other findings from this program.
